The condo offers 1 bedroom with a queen bed and a sleeper couchfor an additional 2 guests. Please read full listing for all information on the condo and surroundingarea! When entering the unit you will be met with a roomy living room space. Theliving room space offers a queen sleeper couch, cable TV, and deck access. Offthe living room separated by a bar peninsula is the kitchen with ocean vistas.It is well equipped with stainless steel appliances, Keurig coffee maker, adrip coffee maker and everything you need to make a a meal. Off the livingroom and kitchen is a modest hall which leads to the bathroom and laundrycloset with a washer and dryer. At the other end of the hall is the oceanfrontbedroom with a sizable window to savor the view. The bedroom has a queen bedcable TV and a door to the deck. Equipped with a dressers, nighttime stands andwalk in closet to unpack and make yourself at home. We supply linens for the queen bed in thebedroom and sleeper couch linens upon request. The deck is a great place tohave coffee and watch the sunrise but don't discount the soft beauty of thewater and sky at sundown while sipping a margarita. If the timing is right,you will be treated to an definitely impressive moonrise over the ocean. Thiscondo is as close to the ocean as you get with no distractions but pelicans,seagulls, dolphins and surfers. The pool, loungers and tables are located across the street in the center ofthe three 'Courtyard at Seascape' buildings. There are 2 parking passesincluded for the unit. There is additional over flow parking across the streetat 'Courtyard at Seascape' around the salmon colored building. Boat trailer parking is available here on the northside of the building. There is also a community charcoal grille outside thepool gates for guest use. Parking passes and pools key are left in the condofor guest use. Please make sure your parking pass is placed in your car immediately after arrival to avoidtowing. This oceanfront property's direct beach access is closed due to beach erosion.On the oceanside of the condo is a boulder/rock barrier with limited low tidebeach. This is due to beach erosion. Beach Access is currently Sand FiddlerStreet, Periwinkle Street or past the remnants of the Carolina Beach Pier walkthe one and a half miles of uninhabited beach. This is Freeman Park where youcan drive your 4WD car onto the first part of the beach and camp out for a nighttime! You can only walk the beach or bicycle the beach toreach the end of the island. Catch the sunset there in all its colors! Walk over to the Carolina Beach Pier to appreciate a great Mahi Mahi sandwich atthe High Tide Parlor and Tiki Bar, one of the few establishments on the islandwith great ocean vistas. When you have had enough sunshine hike in the woods along the InterCoastal atCarolina Beach State Park. A real gem on the island close to the bridge. Getonto the water in a kayak at the park marina!
