Pretty 4 bedroom 3 bath home! FIRST time vacation rental. EVERYTHING NEW! New paint, floors, furnishings, appliances and TVs! Open floor plan with striking and comfortable furnishings await your family! Sleeping 10, there are 3 bedrooms with Queens and one bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds. 2 roomy decks, front and back and a side entrance to the kitchen. Plenty of parking and room for outdoor games. Bring your boat, jet skis, etc. Rent a golf cart & appreciate cruising Carolina Beach. Very close to the ocean (4 min. walk), canal, north end pier and 4 wheel drive area. Outdoor shower. New Grille. Located in Carolina Beach, this vacation home is in the city center and on a river.   • In the Southport area, The sooner you can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable vacation homes are booked early. Booking your rental six - twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and book your rental.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of NC. Book your Southport vacation home in the Fall or Spring to get the benefit of gorgeous weather while saving money and avoiding crowds.
