When making a reservation, you must be 25 to rent with us. We do not rent to locals.
All guests must sign an Affordable Grand Properties rental agreement and also submit a copy of their Drivers License to Affordable Substantial Properties. Also, the renter must be 25 years of age or older. Affordable Sizable Properties will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.

About the Area

Sunset Beach is home to this condo. Sandpiper Bay Golf Course and Willard Byrd Golf Course are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Russell Burgess Coastal Preserve and Heritage Shores Nature Preserve. Ingram Planetarium and Museum of Coastal Carolina are also worth visiting. Spend some time exploring the area's activities, including golfing.

Sticking to your spending plan:

  • In the Southport area, The earlier your group can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The best properties are reserved very early. Reserving your vacation home six to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation home.
