Located on the beach, this vacation home is in Long Beach, a neighborhood in Oak Island. Oak Island Golf Club and The Reserve Golf Club at St. James Plantation are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Caswell Beach and 57th Place West Access Park. Sticking to a spending budget:

  • In the Southport area, The earlier you can book a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The best properties are reserved early. Reserving your rental up to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental.

  • Inspect the property one final time and scan for any damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the property manager is not available, ensure that you take pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
