This home comes with towels, linens, a kitchen full of cooking accessories for all you foodies and tons of open space for making memories. Dogs are welcome as we also have a fenced yard with a grille and fire pit, so book this impressive property and take advantage of the great summer weather and handsome temperatures in the fall.
Oak Island is a great place to get away and appreciate some tranquility and peaceful but has all the amenities you need with numerous grocery stores close by, activities, boat units and great dining.

Located in Long Beach, a neighborhood in Oak Island, this vacation home is in a rural area and near the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Caswell Beach and 57th Place West Access Park, while Smith Island Museum of History and Franklin Square Gallery are cultural highlights. Find your best deal:

• June, July, and August are high season in the Southport area. Booking in Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your vacation. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable homes. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer months.
• Book your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups book their Summer vacations during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner whether your family qualifies for a price reduction.

• Go through the rental a final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible).
