Appreciate spectacular water vistas of both the ocean and the sound in the multi-level floor plan oceanfront condo located on the north end of Wrightsville Beach known as Shell Island. Wrightsville Dunes offers private beach access, community pool (open mid-May thru mid September), tennis courts, elevators and assigned parking for 2 cars and simple access to kayaking and paddle boarding on the sound.

This refreshed, multi-level floor plan, 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo provides unobstructed view and comfortable, open living/dining/kitchen areas that are ideal for both calming and entertaining. Kitchen has been completely remodeled with new appliances and everything you'll need for cooking. Living space & primary bedroom both flow conveniently to a covered oceanfront balcony for additional relaxing area after a day at the beach.

All 3 baths have been completely updated with all new tiled showers with glass doors, and charming new floors.

*Included: WIFI, entirely outfitted kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all linens + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach accessories are also supplied for your enjoyment. Prices are non-negotiable.
