PEST CONTROL
Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects. To help prevent bugs from entering the home, please keep the doors closed. If you happen to come across any (they can be pesky!), we will do what we can to take care of the situation as soon as possible!

- You will have private access to both units
- Both units connect externally from the deck!
- Check yourself in with our keypad (code will be given prior to self check-in).
- Guests can expect to climb a few stairs to get to the front door.
- Free parking is readily available on site

Please note that you are staying in a home and not a hotel. We expect that you will treat it with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to resolve them immediately.

- The booking guest must be over the age of 25. Verification may be required.
- No smoking is allowed in the home or on the property. A $500 fee will be applied if there is evidence of smoking during the stay.

- No family pets are allowed. A $300 violation fee will be charged if evidence is found of a pet inside the unit.

• Upon check-out, take a walk-through to make sure you didn't forget any personal items. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Please make sure to walk through the property a final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise walking through with the host whenever possible. If the property manager is not available, take video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
• Remember to leave feedback! Hosts rely on excellent reviews to stimulate future reservations. They'll be grateful for your feedback.
