This 5 bedroom, 5.5 bathroom is the ideal vacation spot for you and your family. Each room is cleverly designed to represent musical genres and eras with beachy themes intertwined. Classical, Acoustic, Crooners, Classic Rock, Disney and Musicals come together for a fun experience! All bedrooms have their own private bathroom. LINENS ARE NOT PROVIDED. Linens can be ordered from a separate company. More information is on the rental agreement.

Appreciate ocean vistas from all three decks or relax and lounge by your own PRIVATE POOL(Heater available for additional charge - not available from November - March) , TIKI BAR, an outdoor shower, shuffleboard, and a Putting Green.
Comfortably located in THE RESORT subdivision, you have access to a beachfront pool, bathrooms, clubhouse and beach access about 80 yards from the home. Savor fishing and crabbing from a private dock on the inlet side with handsome vistas of the Intracoastal waterway.

Inside, the home is equipped with a completely supplied kitchen, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, island seating with stools for 4 and table seating for 8, huge 55" TVs in both living areas, wet bar & bumper pool/poker/game table in the downstairs living area with added multi arcade & video games with classics(pac man, galaga, etc.), state of the art wifi(atmc 1 gig) and SONOS speakers throughout the home. Take advantage of the 3 story elevator. All the bedrooms have tvs, bathrooms, new linens & beds.
Enjoy the outside decks with comfortable polywood rockers, chairs, and tables. Gaze at the lavish scenery and beautiful sunsets from the top deck(Owl City) for a 360 degree view of the entire island!

Located in Ocean Isle Beach, this vacation home is near the beach. Rees Jones Golf Course and Leopard's Chase Golf Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Russell Burgess Coastal Preserve and Ocean Isle Beach.   • Summer is high season in the Southport area. To get the best value, change your family's Southport trip dates to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and even October offer pleasant weather, fewer crowds, and greatly reduced traffic.
