LINENS ARE NOT PROVIDED. 4 PERSON MAXIMUM. 720 sq. ft. 1 bedroom loft condo, end unit. Sleeps 4 with a QUEEN bed and a QUEEN couch bed downstairs. NO LINENS PROVIDED. Full bath upstairs and half bath downstairs. Ocean vistas from deck and bedroom window. Equipped kitchen seats 4 with quartz countertops. Electric glass top stove, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher and microwave. Washing machine and dryer are located in the condo for your convenience.

Recently refreshed handsomely. There are 2 additional pools, tennis courts and a kayak dock in the complex. BRIGHT, CLEAN, AIRY AND COMFORTABLE. This is the ideal beach escape for a couple or modest family.
