  • In the Southport area, The earlier you can reserve a home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable properties are reserved early. Reserving your vacation home six to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation home.
  • June, July, and August are high season in Oak Island. Booking in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons is one of our best tips for saving money on your vacation home.
