This classic, one-bedroom condo has a private pool, complimentary parking, and all of the amenities of home! Room for the whole family with a Queen bed, twin bunk, and pull out sleeper couch. It's the ideal place to relax after a long, fun-filled day on the handsome carolina coast

Parking is right next to or under the building. Ride, walk, or drive to tons of eateries and stores. The beach is a block away! There is one parking pass for one car. There is additional public/pay parking along Hamlet.

Again, please remember to display your parking pass on your rearview mirror as towing is enforced and there is one pass for one car. Additional cars can park along hamlets in public/pay spots.

Sticking to your rental home budget:

  • Reserve your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally open a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.

  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
  • Property managers typically offer renters an option to purchase vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for program terms and fees.

  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, walk through the property to confirm you've collected all of your things. Check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
  • Did your family have a terrific time? Most vacation rental websites make it easy for customers to provide feedback. If your property and/or property management company was great, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was imperfect and they failed to fix it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.
