This condo is located in the heart of Carolina Beach. Within a few blocks there are fishing charters, stores, eateries, bars, festivals, events, and other attractions that make this a year round destination. The condo faces the ocean with a public beach access right across the street.

This condo was refreshed extensively in 2024. There is a stack unit washer/dryer in the condo. Outdoor Pool is generally open May-October 15th. There is a bicycle rack available if you bring your bicycle.

Access: Enter using an electronic code doorknob so you can check in as soon as you arrive! The code is changed between each guest.

Parking:
Assigned Parking for 2 Vehicles, parked in tandem (back to back). An hourly/daily pay parking lot is available next to Beach Harbour if you need more parking. This lot is complimentary in the Winter.

Located in Carolina Beach, this condo is near the beach. Carolina Beach Arcade and Four Hounds Distilling are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Carolina Beach Boardwalk and Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School.
