Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located townhome. Keep it simple at this cozy 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom duplex located across from the beach and right on the CB Lake, making this vacation home close to all things that makes "Pleasure Island" special! Centrally located to the famed CB Boardwalk, eateries, coffee stores and cool drinking holes!

The Space:
The home comes with additional space in garage epoxy floor and plenty of room to spread out and have some fun.  Foosball, giant connect 4 and cornhole.

Other Things to Note:
We also supply the following for each property:
A starter kit of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, a trash bag, and dish soap. We also supply laundered bed linens, comforters, and 1 bathing towel and wash cloth per person. We do not supply any beach gear or beach towel. We have great rental companies on the island we would be more than happy to share the info with you. We also do not supply laundry detergent, body soap or shampoo/conditioner as we find everybody has their own preferences for these =) Please review our home rules prior to your stay

There is a Beach re-nourishment done in Carolina and Kure beach every 3 years. This helps to keep our beaches safe from erosion. Please note that we have no control over this project and that it is normally concluded by May, but there is a possibility of delays

Located in Carolina Beach, this vacation home is on the waterfront. Carolina Beach Boardwalk is a popular attraction and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Carolina Beach and Wrightsville Beach. Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School and North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher are also worth visiting.

How to get the best rental value:

  • Reserve your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally open 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families book their Summer rental homes during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summertime is the most expensive season in Carolina Beach. To get the largest rental home within budget, we highly recommend booking in Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at your favorite Southport restaurants and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the high season. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Southport vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host if your group qualifies for a price reduction.
  • Booking websites often offer their guests an option to buy vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed vacation time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for additional information.
  • Look for your local visitors guide when you arrive at the rental property. If your rental doesn't have one, you can find them at local shops and visitor centers. In addition to great information, travel guide magazines have money saving offers on local tours, shops, and attractions.

  • To start, have your group agree to vacation dates and a spending budget.
  • Determine how many beds and what type of bedroom configuration your family needs. Beach Paradise-Lakeside has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our rentals search.
  • Precise descriptions of bedrooms and bed counts is normally accessible on booking websites. If you don't see them listed, reach out to the property management company before booking the home. Remember that most properties list the max. guest capacity, which often includes pull-out couches and bunk beds. You'll need to establish what bed configuration is right for your group.
  • If your group is vacationing with pets, you'll need to search for a pet-friendly vacation rental. Request information on breed, weight, and type requirements. Some property owners charge additional pet fees.
  • Are you visiting for a specific attraction or event? If so, use a map search to locate nearby rentals.
  • Suitable accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for guests that require the use of a wheelchair. Confirm all required amenities are available and included before booking.

Considerations for your stay:

  • Just before checking out, take a walk-through to make sure you did not leave anything behind. Remember to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Please make sure to walk through the property one final time and scan for damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the host is not available, take video of the rental to record its condition.
  • Did your family have a terrific vacation? Most rental management companies make it easy for vacationers to provide reviews. If your rental property and/or host was wonderful, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was defective and they failed to fix it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your feedback.
