NEW TO Vacation Rental By Owner FOR 2024! Don’t be deterred by the lack of reviews, my property was managed by a local property management company until late 2023 and is brand new to Vacation Rental By Owner. I am a Super Host on another platform for another property I own, so be assured you are in good hands!

About the Area

Located in Ocean Isle Beach, this vacation home is near the beach. Museum of Coastal Carolina and Sunset River Marketplace are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Rees Jones Golf Course and Leopard's Chase Golf Club. Ingram Planetarium and Planet Fun are also worth visiting.

Finding your perfect vacation home:

• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Southport area. To find the largest rental home for your budget, we highly recommend booking in Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at popular attractions and restaurants. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during June, July, and August.
• Reserve your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually open a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rentals during Winter holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host if your family qualifies for a special rate.
• Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer guests an option to purchase vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which normally will cost you 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any days missed as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional gasoline expenses. • Ensure you protect the owner (and your things!) by keeping the rental locked up while you are out, just like you would at home.
• Re-check every room of the rental property to make sure that you've packed all belongings on check-out day. Re-check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Record a video to document the condition of the property.
• Leave a review! Property owners rely on excellent ratings to inspire new reservations. They'll be much obliged for your review.
