Dining room table seats 12, additional drop-leaf table seats four, with 16 dining room chairs available. Also, a game table with four chairs. Covered deck 1st level, deck off Oceanfront bedrooms both levels. Hot tub on OF deck, Gazebo on Deck to beach. Hot/Cold Rinse off shower ground level and cold rinse off on deck from beach. Great vistas from all decks.

New in 2022: New carpet in bedrooms, new beach-themed paint, and new Queen-sized beds and linens upstairs. The main floor has a new kitchen sink and air fryer while the outside added a park charcoal grille so you can bring your own charcoal and grilling tools to savor your favorite grilled dinner.

• June, July, and August are high season in the Southport area. Booking a rental in Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your vacation home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable homes. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer months. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Southport vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
• Book your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups book their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a reduced rate.

• Inspect the rental one final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the manager is not available, take photos of the property to record its condition at check-out.
