Welcome to Bella Vita, start living your best life at Ocean Isle Beach. Bella Vita is sunny family beachfront condo that offers modest families and couples the opportunity to appreciate and relax at Ocean Isle Beach.

With just 80 steps to the handsome sandy beach, our beach hideaway will be sure to make you feel like you are living your best life. Our remodel was finished in May 2019. Savor a brand-new master bathroom and refreshed kitchen with quartz countertops and sea glass backsplash. Come relax on our covered deck with ocean vistas that will take your breath away. Our condo is the ideal locale for a calming family/or couples getaway. Appreciate long walks on the shore and sun filled days playing on the wide beach. Great shopping, dining and entertainment are only a short bicycle ride or drive away.

Bed linens, towels, paper goods, and soaps are not included. The property has pillows and bed covers. No family pets.

About the Area

Ocean Isle Beach is home to this condo. Rees Jones Golf Course and Leopard's Chase Golf Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Museum of Coastal Carolina and Ingram Planetarium. Planet Fun and Tribal Island are also worth visiting.

  • Protect the owner (and your things!) by keeping the rental locked up when you are away, just like you would back home.
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, walk through the rental property to reconfirm you've collected everything. Remember to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the rental a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the property manager isn't available, take photos and video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
