*While we encourage guests to make the most of their vacations, we must adhere to a stringently enforced NO PARTY rule in accordance with the property’s HOA regulations and Vacation Rental By Owner’s Community Disturbance Policy. In addition, max. occupancy is limited to the number of guests reported at time of booking.

*Well-behaved and home-trained dogs (max. of two) are welcome for a non-returnable additional fee of $100 per stay for first dog, and $50 per stay for second dog. Dogs MUST be added at time of booking. Dogs must be on leash when outdoors. Dog waste is to be cleaned up using plastic bags and thrown into trash can in carport. If dog waste is not cleaned up, there will be an additional $50 charge. *Fee for first dog charged with booking; fee for second dog if applicable charged separately as “Trip Change” fee.

  • In the Southport area, The sooner your group can reserve a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation rentals are reserved early. Booking your vacation property up to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Southport vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
