Located just a 7 min. walk on the sand from the famed Carolina Beach Boardwalk, you are located for the ideal balance of being centrally located to all entertainment, while still having private access to appreciate more room on the sand for your friends & family.

Other things to note
Although we can host 8 guests and are happy to do so, we feel as though 5-6 guests is optimal for comfort.

Our condo is on the 2nd story without an elevator, therefore there are 2 flights of stairs to climb.

This complex has a total of 3 units; a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floor unit, we are the middle unit -you may have the occasional noise, footsteps, etc. from the other guests similar to many other apartments/condos.

Located in Carolina Beach, this condo is on the beach. Carolina Beach Boardwalk is a popular attraction and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Carolina Beach and Wrightsville Beach. Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School and North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher are also worth visiting.

• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal NC. To get the largest vacation home within budget, we suggest reserving in the Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at local restaurants, tours, and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Southport vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
