Welcome to our home away from home. Our family of 4 has appreciated Wrightsville Beach and surrounding beaches such as Kure Beach, Fort Fisher and Carolina Beach for years. We decided to buy a modest home to spend more time in spots we adore. 4 mi. to Wrightsville Beach and 7 mi. to the historic Riverwalk, our home is in a very peaceful, but older community. The home sits on an acre and accepts plenty of privacy while being pet friendly (2 max). A hutch for modest fur friends located in back. We encourage longer stays and offer discounts. We pride ourselves on cleanliness and being the best hosts possible. It’s our hope to have recurring family visits and meet fellow travelers who appreciate exploring new spots. We are also located on AirBNB.

About the Area

Green Meadow, a neighborhood in Wilmington, is home to this vacation home. Bellamy Mansion Museum and Burgwin-Wright House are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Wrightsville SUP and Children's Museum of Wilmington. New Hanover County Arboretum and Cape Fear Paddleboarding are also worth visiting.

  • Summer months are the most expensive season in coastal NC. Booking your Southport vacation home in Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your vacation home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable properties. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Southport vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
  • Book your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally open 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacation rentals during holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
