This 1910 Cottage has been lovingly upgraded, thoughtfully decorated and packs 1383 sqft. three bedrooms and two full baths. The entry guides you through the home to the open concept living room with TV and upgraded eat in kitchen. Unwind on the back porch and appreciate the courtyard equipped with the ideal picnic table and gas grille. The master suite has a king size bed and attached bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen and third bedroom has the cutest constructed in bunk beds offering 4 twins. This property sleeps 8 in total. Washer & dryer and everything else you may need. Located downtown in the Brooklyn Arts District offering the best of the best art, music, entertainment, breweries, food. Walking distance to great eateries, riverfront, & the Amphitheater.
