You will be required to sign a rental agreement before staying at the property. It covers some basic info and all the rules contained in the listing.

No smoking on the property. Guests who smoke will be subject to fines, increased cleaning fee, and reimbursement for any damages.

The canal is USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. The hosts are NOT responsible for any injuries that result from the canal.

No late check-out or early check-in.

Animals are not allowed. Guests who bring family pets will be charged a fine.

Located in Ocean Isle Beach, this vacation home is on the waterfront. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Russell Burgess Coastal Preserve and Ocean Isle Beach, while Museum of Coastal Carolina and Sunset River Marketplace are cultural highlights. Ingram Planetarium and Planet Fun are also worth visiting.

Book your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually open a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.

Property managers usually offer customers an option to purchase vacation insurance protection.
