Notable features include wood floors throughout, an open concept kitchen with modern appliances and granite countertops, breakfast bar seating in addition to a formal dining area with a sizable table, roomy living room with a 50” flat-screen T.V. and DirecTV. The enormous master bedroom includes a private deck and a hottub tub in the master bath. Outdoors, the home has a screened-in porch, fenced-in backyard, outdoor shower, gas grille, and a huge enclosed garage.
