Savor morning sunrises and beach breezes from the porch of this striking home. Just three blocks from the beach, this elevated 3 bedroom coastal bungalow is the ideal place to relax. Located just 3 blocks (10 min. walk) from all that Carolina Beach offers….the beach, the boardwalk and eateries. This newly painted home features a cavernous open floor plan living area with plenty of light and ample room to spread out. Notable features include wood floors throughout, an open concept kitchen with modern appliances and granite countertops, breakfast bar seating in addition to a formal dining area with a sizable table, roomy living room with a 50” flat-screen TV and DirecTV. The huge master bedroom includes a private deck and a hottub tub in the master bath. Outdoors, the home has a screened-in porch, fenced-in backyard, outdoor shower, gas grille, and a enormous enclosed garage. Other noteworthy features of the home are complimentary Wifi and a washer and dryer, and a Ping Pong table. Several bicycles are available, or bring you own to ride the Island Greenway or Carolina Beach State Park. You can appreciate books, games, and plenty of puzzles.
