It sits on over an acre, flanked by enormous Live Oak trees and located within a beautiful little private nursery. Conveniently located right off Market Street, with privacy gates and very cavernous parking. Cottage also features huge open ceilings showcasing extraordinary old rough cut wood trust, along with new floor, kitchen and bath appliances. Decor features multiple local artisans and a nice array of hand selected vintage items. It also Includes a roomy front porch (with rockers :) and a nice paver patio out back.
