It sits on over an acre, flanked by enormous Live Oak trees and located within a charming little private nursery. Conveniently located right off Market Street, with privacy gates and very roomy parking. Cottage also features sizable open ceilings showcasing spectacular old rough cut wood trust, along with new floor, kitchen and bath appliances. Decor features numerous local artisans and a nice array of hand selected vintage items. It also Includes a cavernous front porch (with rockers :) and a nice paver patio out back.
