Just steps from the dock, this getaway offers a traditional floor plan with the living room and kitchen on the 1st floor. The 2nd floor features a master queen suite with an ensuite and a half bath. The top floor features another queen bedroom with a bathroom, plus 2 more bedrooms—one with bunk beds and a trundle and another with a queen bed sharing a hall bath. • To get the largest rental for your budget, we highly recommend reserving in Fall or Spring months. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at Southport restaurants, beaches, and activities.
• Reserve your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families book their Summer rental homes during Winter holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner if your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
• Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer guests an option to buy vacation insurance protection.
