Parking Instructions:
2 assigned parking spots in front of garage labeled 2B. Park one car behind the other. Parking passes are required and will be left on the kitchen counter. No additional parking passes can be supplied due to strict HOA rules and regulations. Any additional cars must park in paid public parking.

PROVIDED: WIFI, completely supplied kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all linens + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach cruiser bicycles, cooler, beach cart and beach accessories are also included for your enjoyment.

Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement that will be sent to you via text message after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not finished within 48hrs.

  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can frequently help. Who better to ask where to see a beautiful sunrise or sunset, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for crabbing?
  • Lock your rental while you're out. Protect your property!
  • Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, take a walk through the rental to make sure you've collected all personal items. Make sure to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the rental one final time and look for any damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever you can. If the host is not available, ensure that you take photographs of the property to record its condition.
  • Leave feedback! Property owners rely on excellent feedback to inspire future reservations. They'll be thankful for your feedback.
