Welcome to this comfortable and clean home, where comfort and style meet! Each room is filled with natural light thanks to enormous windows, creating a bright and airy ambiance. For your privacy and restful sleep, we’ve included blackout curtains in every bedroom.

The main living area is the ideal spot to relax, featuring a deep-seated couch, a feather footrest, and a separate recliner. Whether you're calming or gathering, it’s an inviting space for everybody. The dining area is ideal for shared meals, complete with a dining table, chairs, and a counter bar with stools.

The kitchen is entirely equipped with all new appliances (installed in 2024) and outfitted with everything you need, from pots and pans to a full set of dishes, silverware, and plenty of drinking glasses. For your convenience, we also provide coffee, creamers, and sugar to start your mornings off right.

Step outside to the appealing backyard, where jasmine vines climb the fence, adding a touch of elegance and a beach bungalow vibe.   • Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, walk through the rental property to confirm you've collected all personal items. Make sure to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the rental a final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager isn't available, take video of the rental to record its condition.
