Crashing Waves 207 is on the oceanfront end of the building, overlooking the pool, located on the second floor. There is parking for 1 car only.
This condo unit includes one bedroom, one full bathroom, 644 sqft. Totally equipped kitchen, open concept dining area, living room, "bunk bed nook" with two adult size twin beds, & washer/dryer. Unwind and relax on your balcony with vistas of the ocean. Take a dip in the pool overlooking the beach. Park your car in off street parking and walk to everything.   • The earlier you can reserve a home, the easier your search will be. The best vacation homes are reserved very early. Booking your vacation rental six - twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation rental.

Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
  • Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for active duty military and veterans. Remember to ask your property manager if special offers are available for your family.
  • Property management companies typically offer customers an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which generally costs between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for additional information.
  • Look for your local Southport visitors guide magazine when you check-in. If your rental property doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local grocery stores and visitor centers.   • Re-check every room of the vacation property to confirm that you've packed all of your belongings at departure. Make sure to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Please make sure to walk through the property one final time and scan for any damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the manager is not available, ensure that you take video of the rental to record its condition.
  • Did your group have a wonderful time? Many rental management companies make it easy for clients to provide comments. If your rental and/or property management company was wonderful, they will likely appreciate your kind words.
