Located about a ½ mile to the beach (10 min. walk), you can choose to use the supplied bicycles, drive, or locally rent a golf cart. If you peek in the shed in the backyard, you will discover 2 adult bicycles & a kid’s bicycle with training wheels. Additional bicycles can also be rented on the island. As you head to the beach, grab the beach chairs, body board, kid’s fishing pole, kid’s ball & bat & sand toys. There is also a Halo scooter to discover the area. When you walk up the front steps, you discover a welcoming screened-in porch. Plenty of comfortable seating & a dining table for alfresco dining. This can be a peaceful space to catch up on your beach read or gathering spot to plan the next day’s adventure.

If you are bringing a dog, the pet fee must be paid prior to your check-in. Limit of 1 dog - A non-returnable $200 pet fee will be added to the booking for bringing a dog. If you break home rules and bring more than 1 dog, a $500 pet remediation fee will be charged. If the reservation is marked as no family pets, and evidence of a pet being on the property is discovered from your stay, you will be charged the non-returnable $200 pet fee plus a $500 pet remediation fee. (Only dogs are allowed under this policy. No Cats, reptiles, etc)
