This beautiful, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo has been refreshed for your upcoming stay. Delightfully furnished with a king size bed in the master bedroom and a remolded upsized master bath. There are new wood floors, and the kitchen has also freshly been modernized, including a new lower granite countertop for easier bar seating. Savor ocean vistas with your morning coffee or afternoon drink on your sizable balcony. The living room has plenty of seating for the whole family, and there is plenty of room for a family dinner in. The two guest bedrooms are sound facing. The first guest bedroom has a queen size bed and the second guest bedroom has a queen size bed as well as an XL twin bed. Each guest bedroom has its own bathroom, which have been completely updated. The queen bathroom is a private full bath, and the twin bathroom is a full hall bath. With a shining oceanfront pool, beach access, and tennis court a short walk away, there is something for the entire family to savor.

When to visit Wrightsville Beach & When to book:

  • Summer months are high season in Wrightsville Beach. Reserving a rental home in Fall or Spring months is an excellent way to save money on your vacation. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable properties. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer months. Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
  • In the Southport area, The earlier you can book a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental homes are reserved very early. Reserving your rental property six to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation rental.

  • Double-check every room of the rental property to confirm that you've packed all personal items at check-out. Re-check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the rental a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever possible. If the property manager isn't available, take video of the property to record its condition.
