Prepare your favorite meals in the entirely outfitted kitchen and appreciate as you gather in the breakfast nook or the dining area. The master bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed and TV so you can stay up-to-date on favorite shows. The en suite Jack-and-Jill bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower and painless access from the master or the guest bedroom with a queen-size bed. A second bathroom in the hall includes a tub/shower combination and the third bedroom is styled with two twin-size beds ideal for the kids. There is a pull out couch bed in the main living area as well.

The downstairs unit is completely modernized and resembles that of a Home Decor magazine! No expense was spared with this complete overhaul- including new floor, walls/tile, decor, furnishings, modren appliances, and more! As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7 nighttime minimum with a mandatory Saturday to Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons. • Summer months are high season in the Southport area. To find the best vacation home for your budget, we strongly suggest reserving in Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at popular Southport attractions and restaurants. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Southport vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.

• Go through the property a final time and scan for any damage. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host isn't available, ensure that you take video of the rental to record its condition.
