After a fun-filled day, relax on the deck to watch the sunset or venture to close by eateries and wind down in the neighborhood. This home is located less than 2 blocks from Middleton park - an simple walk to appreciate a playground, splash pad, basketball courts, tennis courts, baseball fields, picnic shelters, and family friendly activities/events.

The upstairs unit (Jenny's Dream North) can can occupy up to 6 guests (+2 on couch bed = 8) and the downstairs unit (Jenny's Dream South) can occupy up to 5 guests. Both units have separate entirely equipped kitchens, living area, and bathrooms.

The upstairs unit comes refreshed with all of the modern amenities and invites you to relax into vacation mode as you look out at the beach from the balcony or sunroom. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating around the TV for you and your guests to watch your favorite team or movie. There is additional seating with a couch and armchair that creates a welcoming gathering space. Prepare your favorite meals in the completely supplied kitchen and savor as you gather in the breakfast nook or the dining area. The master bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed and TV so you can stay up-to-date on favorite shows. The en suite Jack-and-Jill bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower and painless access from the master or the guest bedroom with a queen-size bed. A second bathroom in the hall includes a tub/shower combination and the third bedroom is styled with two twin-size beds ideal for the kids. There is a pull out couch bed in the main living area as well.

The downstairs unit is completely remodeled and resembles that of a Home Decor magazine! No expense was spared with this complete overhaul- including new floor, walls/tile, decor, furnishings, modren appliances, and more! Plenty of space to relax around the big screen TV with an upsized comfortable couch and chair. The bathroom is cavernous and delightfully tiled and features a double vanity!
