Entirely Furnished 3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom ranch style home
with central heat and air conditioning, Internet/WIFI during summer months, (2) TV's, DVD player,
VCR, Washer/Dryer, Full kitchen, with Dishwasher and
Microwave, Ceiling fans throughout the home.
Dining area with plenty of cooking and dining items to use (dishes,
glassware, pots & pans, silverware, etc.) There is also an Outdoor Charcoal Grille
The home is located on NE 5th street near Middleton Rd. and is just a few blocks from the beach and the new Swain Cut bridge on a peaceful street just south of the Intracoastal waterway. There is a screened porch sitting area on the south side of the home.

Located near the beach, this vacation home is in Long Beach, a neighborhood in Oak Island. Smith Island Museum of History and Franklin Square Gallery are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Bald Head Island Information Center and North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport.

When to go & When to book:

• June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of NC. To book the largest rental home within your budget, we strongly suggest reserving in the Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at the beach and popular attractions.
• Book your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules generally open a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families book their Summer vacation rentals during Winter holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host whether your family qualifies for a special rate.
• Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer guests an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which generally costs between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for details.

• Lock your rental while you're away. Protect the owner's property and your stuff!
• Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, take a walk through the rental to confirm you've collected all personal items. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
