Appreciate a family meal with the ocean as your backdrop or you can simply kick back and relax in comfort with one another after a fun filled day on the beach.

This home is appealingly located just a short walk to the impressive white sand beaches on Wrightsville Beach. The neighborhood beach access is conveniently located at the end of the cul-de-sac. Looking to discover the island? Take a short walk to some of the area's top eateries and bars or venture out to discover the close by attractions, including the Wrightsville Beach Museum of History and Airlie Gardens.

Parking instructions:
Driveway. Room for 7 cars. Any additional cars that do not fit at the property must park in paid public parking.

PROVIDED: WIFI, completely outfitted kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all linens + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available.

You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement that will be sent to you via text message after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not finished within 48hrs.

  • Book your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacations during holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Some property managers offer discounts or promotional rates for active duty military and veterans. Remember to ask your host or property manager if special offers are available for your group before you book.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer guests an option to add trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for specifics.

  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Locals can often help. Who better to ask where to order delicious takeout, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for BBQ?
  • Lock your rental property while you're gone! Don't let crooks spoil your vacation.
  • Just prior to departing, complete a final walk-through to make sure you did not leave anything behind. Re-check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the property a final time and look for any damage. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the property manager isn't available, take pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did you have a great vacation? Most vacation rental websites make it easy for customers to provide reviews. If your rental property and/or host was wonderful, they would love to hear it. If anything was imperfect and they failed to address it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your feedback.
