The first floor provides a second sitting space/tv so your guests can spread out and relax. TVs in all bedrooms except bunk room. Keurig & coffee pot, crockpot, wireless charging station, and Wireless Internet access are a few just a few other things to make you feel at home.

Outside you will be able to capture the ocean breeze from the covered decks galore, sundeck, and pool area. Dine al-fresco on the sun deck and savor the evening on comfortable chairs listening to the waves crash. ***NEW IN 2022, BLEND YOUR FAVORITE DRINK AT THE BRAND NEW OUTDOOR BAR AND ISLAND OASIS WITH SINK, 65 INCH TV, OSCILLATING FANS AND PROPANE GRILL. By the private pool are pool loungers, a pool room with beach/pool toys, and an enclosed outdoor hot/cold shower. The pool can be heated (Sept-Nov, March-May) for $150 per day.
