Happy Hours is definitely not your typical beach home - rare and hard to find humongous, 8 BR + Kids Nook, 7.5-bath home on canal. Over 4500 sq ft. Of spectacular and unbelievable vistas of ocean, canal, and waterway!! Conveniently located in the heart of the ocean isle beach - just steps away from the pier, coastal museum, ice cream shop, miniature golf, stores, and eateries....And just a short 1-2 min. walk to the beach!!!

This beach home has everything! It is specially designed for additional huge multi-family gatherings - ideal for family get-togethers, weddings, the super bowl, holidays, corporate or golf trips!

Interior features
The home features three living rooms, a giant gourmet kitchen with upgraded stainless appliances, roomy granite counter tops, two island breakfast bars, two fridges, two dishwashers, two sinks, and enormous dining area w/table that seats twelve. The kitchen is very well-equipped with plenty of work areas for multiple 'chefs' to create delicious family meals.

The home also has an elevator, game room with pool table, poker table, and foosball table. Wireless fiber internet access is supplied. Other items include

The home is bespoke furnished and decorated in playful island colors and themes. Walking through the home, you are really transported to a tropical heaven! The living and common areas are bright, cavernous, and elegantly but comfortably appointed and furnished with plenty of seating for everybody. Each of the eight bedrooms has a unique feel and there's even a special room for kids dubbed 'the pirate's cove' with constructed-in bunk beds and bespoke play area.

Exterior features
A private bespoke HEATED pool and private shower with hot water. The pool is lined with plenty of lounge chairs to bask in the sun. Sit in one of the many rockers to relax and watch the ships go by from one of the many spacious decks all around the home! There is even a top level cupola or look-out to take advantage of the extraordinary water vistas. Barbecue and grilling area, private playground with swings and sandbox.

And to top it all off, there is a private additional sizable floating dock with sink. Bring your own boat- (or rent one) and pull it right up to the backyard!

Kayaks are supplied at no charge for guest's use.
