Check out "Henson - Upper" (upper level) located in the historic McCabe-Lancaster House, a classic beach bungalow with an open floor plan and nostalgic appeal. The property is across the street from the ocean, and just steps away from the beach access with a lifeguard stand.

Both levels of this bungalow may be rented individually or as an entire home. "Henson - Upper" is the second level and features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, enormous kitchen, living and dining area. "Henson - Lower (C062)" is on the first floor and includes a ramp and also features 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, a sizable kitchen and living and dining areas.

The upper and lower levels are both accessed from outside. Each floor has a huge open porch with swing, rockers, table and chairs. There is an outdoor shower shared for both units and a designated golf cart parking and charging station with room for two carts. Upon request a portable crib and high chair can be made available.

Come experience beach living the way it used to be, you'll be glad that you did!. Simple, efficient, and close to the sand and water. Lovingly maintained with great respect to it's history while also keeping it relevant for today's more discriminating guests, this home is made for making incredible memories with your family. This is a non-smoking unit. No family pets allowed.
