The first level features a cavernous open living area with TV, a dining space that flows into the kitchen with simple porch access via sliding glass doors, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. It's a ideal spot for relaxation and socializing. The residence features central heating/AC, complimentary Wi-Fi, a completely equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, a traditional coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, blender, and a french door refrigerator with an ice maker. The backstairs provides convenient access to the unit, complemented by a front-loading washer and dryer. The top-level offers (2) Queen bedrooms & (1) Full bedroom and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
