Convenient Covered Parking: Ample space for up to 6 cars, complete with lighting.

Private Leisure Oasis: Dive into the private pool which can be heated upon request (See Important Information), relax at the tiki bar, or walk down to the beach via private access. An outdoor shower is available for a fast rinse after sandy adventures.

Entertainment in Every Corner: Appreciate Intelligent TVs in each bedroom (Roku and Samsung), and main living areas, a pool table, and wet bars on both floors.

Cavernous and Accessible: The broad layout is complemented by an elevator, making it accessible and comfortable for guests with mobility needs.

Home Comforts: We provide bed and bath linens, keyless entry for your convenience, a kitchen equipped with essential cookware, dishes and modest appliances, blow dryers in every bathroom, a cooler for guest use, and a propane gas grille out by the tiki bar.

Beach Ready: Beach chairs are supplied for your oceanside enjoyment. There are beach toys, body boards and pool floats available.

Pet-Friendly Heaven: We understand that family family family pets are part of the family, which is why we welcome up to 2 dogs at our beach home. An additional fee will apply for your furry friends. Please refer to our pet policy for more details and to ensure a comfortable stay for all our guests.

Important Information

Age Requirement: Guests under 25 must receive pre-approval.
Smoke-Free Environment: All Pier 42 Vacations Properties are smoke-complimentary zones.
Safety First: Fire pits and deep fryers are prohibited to ensure guest safety.
Pool heating is an additional $80 per nighttime with a 3 nighttime minimum. Please request this service at least 2 weeks in advance to your check-in date.

Pet Policy:
Family Animals are allowed at Hypnotic for an additional non-returnable pet fee of $250 per pet, two (2) pets max. Guests must notify us in advance if they plan to bring pets, and approval is required. Required documentation includes up-to-date rabies vaccination records, proof of flea and tick prevention, and a photo of the pet(s). Documentation must be emailed or submitted through the contact link on the website, including the reservation number, at least 2 weeks in advance. Pets are not allowed on beds or in the pool. They must abide by Holden Beach laws regarding pets on the beach and leash requirements. Any pet left unattended must be crated and cannot be left outside. The pet fee will be charged to the card on file. Please ensure that pets are well-behaved and do not cause any damage to the property. Additional costs may apply if additional cleaning or repairs are required due to pets. There is no liability for pets. If a pet is found at the property or management discovers that a pet was present without authorization, additional costs will occur.
Check in is at 4 pm and Check out is at 10 am

Unauthorized late check-outs will incur additional costs.

When leaving the property, please make sure that all doors and windows are closed/locked.

Please make sure that all appliances are turned off (stove, T.V., iron, etc.)

Please set the thermostat accordingly: Please do not set the thermostat below 73 in the summer season or above 73 in the winter season.

No unauthorized pets on the property.

There is no lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. Kids must be supervised at all times.

No diving or glass containers in the pool area.

Elevator use: The elevator is for transporting a person(s) from one floor to another. Please do not utilize the elevator to transport groceries or bags without person(s) in the elevator. Kids are not allowed to utilize the elevator alone. Adult supervision is required. Ensure person(s) utilizing the elevator have a mobile phone on them during elevator use. Close accordion and main doors tightly on all levels. Do not attempt to open elevator doors prior to the call light turning off.

Smoking, vaping or recreational drug use is not allowed on the property.

Underage drinking is not allowed.

Please respect neighbors by keeping noise levels at a minimum, particularly in the late evening until morning.

Report any damage or maintenance issues to the property management company immediately.

Our properties are individually owned, so please respect them as if they were your own.

Do not exceed the max. capacity for parking spaces.

Do not jump from balconies, windows, or furnishings.

Be cautious of areas with steps or tripping hazards.

Booking your vacation home six - twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to plan and book your rental home.
