House is centrally located to everything, especially to the beach. House is 80 yards to the beach(30 yards to the boardwalk, 50 yards on the boardwalk, you are at the beach).On west end of the island, 6th row home. At nighttime you can hear ocean waves and see so many stars that the sky looks like a canvas. Fishing pier is 50 yards away. Intelligent home by Google Nest HomeMax. Located in Sunset Beach, this vacation home is near theme parks and on the beach. Sunset River Marketplace and Museum of Coastal Carolina are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Ingram Planetarium and Tribal Island.   • June, July, and August are high season in the Southport area. To get the best value, consider shifting your group's trip dates to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and even October offer warmer temperatures, , and reduced traffic.   • Re-check the vacation property to make sure that you've packed all of your family's items at check-out. Re-check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the rental a final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager isn't available, take video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did you have a great vacation? Many rental managers make it easy for guests to provide comments. If your property and/or property manager was great, they always love to hear your praise.
