Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Locals can often point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to find the best bike paths, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fishing?
On check-out day, take a walk-through to confirm you haven't leave anything behind. Make sure to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
Please make sure to walk through the property a final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the property manager is not available, take photos of the property to record its condition.
