At the end of the hall you will find a full bathroom that serves the guest rooms and features a tub, shower, and handsome vanity with granite counter tops.
Just down the main hallway you will be welcomed by the phenomenal great room that features an open concept kitchen, living, and dining area. The entire condo has been updated with beautiful ceramic tile floors that boast an fashonable wood grain finish and granite counter tops. Extra seating at the kitchen counter bar ensures that every guest has a place to appreciate family meals. A enormous sliding glass door and accented window fill the living room with natural light and entices you out to the enchanting, covered patio facing the ocean.
When returning from the patio to the living room on your right there are two French doors that open to the ocean front master suite. The master bedroom has a king size bed, roomy ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a sitting nook where you can read a book while appreciating the handsome ocean view.

Prohibited: No Smoking, Family Animals, Boats, Boat Trailers, RV’s, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

The Wrightsville Dunes complex requires all cars to display an HOA issued parking pass while parked on the property to avoid citation. All reservations year round will require parking passes which will be issued to the reservation holder at the time of check in. Seasonal parking costs will apply for stays that occur between March 1 and October 31 and cost may vary based on the length of stay. Fees are intended to be supplied in the quoted price if applicable for your reservation. However, based on length of stay, arrival and departure dates, or booking channel method used to secure the reservation costs may require manual adjustment by the agent. Although rare, should this occur, the agent may request to be paid directly after confirming your reservation. Passes are stringently enforced and limited to two per rental unit; no exceptions can be made.
