This is the West Side of a humongous oceanfront duplex, each side boasting 2500 square feet of very livable space. 5 bedrooms, 5 baths, two huge living areas, cavernous freshly remodeled kitchen and dining, giant front porch, and an additional sizable private pool that is shared only by the two sides of the duplex.

There is an refreshed completely supplied kitchen, new kitchen appliances, new washing machine and dryer, new dining table and chairs, new living room furnishings, new LVT floors downstairs. new bathroom faucets, new full and queen beds. The pool has been completely redone - new bottom, new tiles, new surround. There is a second refrigerator in the storage room under the home.

A commercial ice maker provides all the ice you'll need. The huge dining table seats ten, and the counter stools add seating for six more. The roomy living area feels even bigger with nine-foot ceilings. The vistas from the enormous front porch and second-floor deck are handsome.

Sunbathe and read, frolic in the tidal pools, body surf or ride the waves on body boards. Walk the beach and collect shells for miles in either direction. Want to check on what fisherman are catching? Drop by the pier which is just a five-min. walk away. Interested in putt-putt, ice-cream, beach stores, eateries, or the coastal museum? They are all within an painless ten-min. walk from this prime island location.

Ready for a dip in fresh water? This home offers one of the biggest pools on the island with comfortable calming chairs surrounding it.

Jump in your car and be off the island in five mins. for grocery shopping at Lowe's or Publix or Food Lion. Pick up fresh seafood and local produce to prepare at the home. Nearby eateries offer incredible and tasty variety on those nights you don't want to prepare.
