Feel the island appeal of Sunset Beach in this newly refreshed beach bungalow --JUST ADD WATER. This 2nd row home was completely updated in 2013 with all modern amenities, but it still retains its bungalow feel.

Inside you will find a bright, cheery and comfortable ambiance - ideal for unwinding at the beach! The whole home was refreshed including a new kitchen. It is conveniently located across from a handicap beach access.

After a day of sun and fun, wash off your sandy feet in the cavernous outdoor shower---with hot & cold running water. Appreciate a family dinner or a cold drink while watching the sunset from One of our 3 OUTDOOR spaces: Ocean-facing screened-in porch (with rocking chairs and chaise lounges), OR enormous outdoor back deck OR upstairs Widow's walk.

This home is dog friendly - so bring your best friend! Pet gates have been installed at each deck entrance.

Please note our home amenities include WiFi; Cable TV; DVDs and Stereo with CD Player. Also supplied for use during your stay are beach cart, beach chairs and a cooler.

• In the Southport area, The sooner your group can reserve a home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable rental homes are reserved very early. • June, July, and August are high season in Sunset Beach. To get the best rental within budget, we suggest reserving in the Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at the beach and popular Southport attractions. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the high season.
