Roomy 4 bedroom, 4 bath condo, 2nd floor unit with elevator, located in the Islander Villas on the west end of handsome Ocean Isle Beach. Pet-friendly and only a short walk to the ideal beach. Sleeps 12 with 1 king in master, 1 queen, 2 doubles & 2 sets of single bunk beds. Each bedroom has its own bath attached, with new carpet newly installed. Intelligent TV’s in all bedrooms and living room with cable and WiFi supplied. Totally supplied kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Sizable covered deck with vistas of the waterway where you can savor your morning coffee as well as the delightful OIB sunsets. Deck has gated access for your kids’ and pet’s safety. Tennis/pickle ball and basketball courts on site, and access to the Oceanfront pool and tiki bar at The Isles Club is available between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Golf carts are fine, however please note that trailers are not allowed per HOA restrictions. Sufficient parking for 4 cars at unit plus overflow parking located at tennis courts.

Sticking to a rental home budget:

  • Summer is high season in Ocean Isle Beach. To book the most suitable rental home for your budget, we recommend reserving in the Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at popular Southport attractions and restaurants. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Southport vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
  • In the Southport area, The sooner you can reserve a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The most desirable vacation rentals are booked early. Booking your vacation home up to 12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host whether your group qualifies for a reduced rate.
  • Property managers typically offer customers an option to purchase vacation insurance protection.   • Upon check-out, take a walk-through to confirm you haven't forget anything. Re-check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the rental one final time and scan for any damage. We suggest walking through with the host whenever possible. If the property manager is not available, take photographs of the property to record its condition.
