Fenced in yard with patio furnishings, front porch with rockers and driveway with TWO complimentary dedicated parking spaces and additional complimentary street parking is available. Magnolia is a short 9 blocks to downtown’s historic Wilmington and the spectacular Wilmington Riverwalk which spans nearly 2 miles stretching alongside the Cape Fear River lined with stores, markets and eateries. Less than 10 miles to Wrightsville Beach! Your Wilmington vacation home is calling for you!

Guests will have full access to the entire home and yard space. There is a locked owners closet for our supplies, but everything else is yours to use.

  • In the Southport area, The sooner your group can book a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The best vacation rentals are reserved early. Reserving your vacation rental six - twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental property.
  • Owners sometimes offer discounts for veterans. Ask your property manager if special offers are available for your group.
  • Property managers frequently offer guests an option to buy trip insurance.
