This pretty condo is bright and modern and offers two-bedroom suites with 2.5 baths. It is PERFECT for wedding guests! Identical Queen bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, full-length mirrors, walk-in closets, and a balcony! Downstairs there is a entirely outfitted kitchen, laundry, open living and dining area, and a half bath. While there is no designated parking space for the condo, there is plenty of street parking available right in front of it. This place has everything you need for your downtown vacation! Across the street from celebrity chef Vivian Howard's Pizzeria and exceptional bars and eateries. Your Wilmington Vacation Awaits!

Guests will have full access to the entire condo, balcony, and patio. There is a locked owners closet in the entryway for our supplies, but everything else is yours to use.

There is no dedicated parking at the townhouse. There is plenty of street parking available out front or on the side street at the corner of the building.

  • Summer time is high season in the Southport area. Booking in Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your vacation home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Southport vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
  • Reserve your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families book their Summer vacations during Winter holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Property managers sometimes offer promotional rates for veterans. Make sure to check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your group.
  • Property management companies typically offer customers an option to add vacation insurance.
