BRAND NEW OCEAN VIEW TOWNHOME - Beach & Tiki bar steps away!!! COCO BAY ???? is your ideal vacation hideaway! Located just steps from the public beach access and the Ocean Grille and Tiki Bar. Tucked away off a peaceful dead-end road with private parking for up to 4 cars with a 2-car garage. This 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bathroom luxury duplex has beautiful ocean vistas from the main living area and 180 degree ocean vistas from the roof top deck. It is also equipped with the convenience of an elevator to help with bags, groceries or the physically challenged.

On the ground level you will find the first master suite with a walk-in shower and designer tile. From this bedroom you have access to a fenced in backyard through the enormous sliding glass door. This room has a nice size Intelligent TV, ceiling fan, a queen bed and a closet to hang your belongings.

On the first floor of this brand new duplex you have the second master suite with dual sinks, a shower with floor to ceiling tile and a cavernous walk in closet. This bedroom has a King size bed, a Intelligent TV, ceiling fan and a private covered deck ideal for sipping your morning coffee. The
third bedroom on this level has a queen bed with a Jack and Jill bathroom with a tub/shower that joins the fourth bedroom that features two twin over full bunk beds ideal for 6 kids or 4 adults. Both rooms have Intelligent TV’s. Located on this floor is a stackable washer and dryer for
your convenience.

The main level is an open floor plan with handsome vistas of the ocean. The living area has a comfortable sectional couch and chairs. There is a modern electric fireplace constructed into a shiplap wall with a mounted 65” Intelligent TV great for game day or movie nights. The half bath is located on this level. The kitchen is completely outfitted and sure to please the chef in your group. This gourmet kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, a gas stove, garbage disposal, dishwasher and a sizable island for guest to gather. The dining table comfortably seats 6 with 4 barstools along the island. There is plenty of room in the butlers pantry for groceries, snacks and drinks as well as a microwave for fast reheats or popcorn for family movie nights!

In the morning the Coffee Bar will help you and your guest start the day off right. Savor your morning brew with ocean vistas on the deck or follow the spiral staircase up to the rooftop to take in the elegant sunrises and sunsets or summer evening fireworks.

COCO BAY comes with all your beach day needs! A beach wagon to carry 6 beach chairs included along with sand toys and beach games. Delight in the outside shower to rinse off the days sand and salt. If ever a rainy day on your vacay board games, puzzles and books for all ages can be appreciated!

Located in Wilmington Beach, a neighborhood in Carolina Beach, this vacation home is near theme parks and on a river.
