This is a one-bedroom oceanfront condo located on the second floor of Atlantic Towers in Carolina Beach.

The photos will show the owner's personal touches in making a comfortable and calming beach get away.

There is a full kitchen and all necessary cookware and dishes. The condo can sleep four people. There are twin bunk beds constructed into an alcove in the hallway. The bedroom has a king size bed and TV. The condo has enchanting and private WiFi and the cable service has a full package of entertainment options. Located just mins. from the boardwalk with eateries and stores or the aquarium in Ft Fisher.

Full housekeeping and maid service is supplied in your rental price. When departing it is requested that the dishwasher be loaded and the garbage removed to the onsite dumpster.

Located on the beach, this condo is in Wilmington Beach, a neighborhood in Carolina Beach. Ocean Front Park and Federal Point History Center are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Fort Fisher State Historic Site and Old Brunswick County Jail Museum.   • In the Southport area, The earlier your group can reserve a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The best rental homes are booked early.   • Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer guests an option to buy trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which commonly will cost you anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed trip time as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for additional information.

  • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Neighbors can often help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to grab the best tacos, have a great night out, or the best spots for bird watching?
  • Double-check the vacation property to confirm that you've packed all belongings on check-out day. Check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Please make sure to walk through the property a final time and scan for damage. We recommend walking through with the host whenever you can. If the host is not available, ensure that you take pictures of the rental to record its condition.
  • Did your family have a terrific stay? Most vacation rental websites make it easy for clients to provide reviews. If your rental property and/or property management company was terrific, they would love to hear about it.
