Recently remodeled oceanfront unit with private balcony that sleeps 6 between the new king size master, private bunk alcove, and new queen pull out in the living area. Totally new stainless appliances, fresh granite countertops with extended eat-up, and furnished cookware/silverware to add to the sleek but comfortable style. New electronics and lighting throughout, including the 65 intelligent TV in the main living area, 42 in the master, and a 27 in the top bunk all to take advantage of the included cable and wireless internet. Convenient phone charging stations and USB ports on the end table floor lamps in both the main living area as well as the master. The bathroom features all new floor, vanity with granite top, and toilet. All of this complemented by new high seat Adirondack-stye chairs on the balcony to top off a serene and calming experience with a striking and unobstructed view of the ocean steps away. Located on the beach, this condo is in Wilmington Beach, a neighborhood in Carolina Beach. Carolina Beach Arcade and Four Hounds Distilling are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Carolina Beach Boardwalk and Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School. North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher and Tregembo Animal Park are also worth visiting.

When to book & When to go:

  • Summertime is high season in Carolina Beach. To get the best vacation home for your budget, we recommend booking in the Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at your favorite Southport restaurants and activities. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer months.
  • In the Southport area, The earlier your group can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation rentals are reserved early.   • Upon check-out, complete a walk-through to make sure you didn't forget anything. Remember to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the rental one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager isn't available, remember to take pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
