This is an Oceanfront one bedroom condo located on the ninth floor of Atlantic Towers in Carolina Beach. The photos will show the owner's personal touches in making a comfortable and calming beach get away. There is a full kitchen and all necessary cookware and dishes. The condo can sleep six people. There are twin bunk beds constructed into an alcove in the hallway and a queen size sleeper couch in the living area. The bedroom has a king size bed and TV. The condo has superb and private WiFi and the cable service has a full package of entertainment options. Just mins. away from the boardwalk and the aquarium located in Ft Fisher. Full housekeeping and maid service is supplied in your rental price. When departing it is requested that the dishwasher be loaded, and the garbage removed to the onsite dumpster.

Located on the beach, this condo is in Wilmington Beach, a neighborhood in Carolina Beach. Carolina Beach Arcade and Four Hounds Distilling are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Halyburton Park and Carolina Beach.   • Protect the owner (and your things!) by locking and securing the home while you are gone, just like you would back home.
  • Re-check every room of the rental property to confirm that you've packed all of your belongings at departure. Check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Please make sure to walk through the rental one final time and look for any damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever possible. If the property manager isn't available, remember to take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition.
