This is an Oceanfront two-bedroom condo located on the ninth floor of Atlantic

Towers in Carolina Beach.

The photos will show the owner's personal touches in making a comfortable

and calming beach get away.

There is a full kitchen and all necessary cookware and dishes. The condo can

sleep six people. There is a king size bed in the bedroom number one and a TV.

The second bedroom has a king size bed and a TV. There is a queen size sleeper

couch in the living area and a TV. There are two full bathrooms with

shower/bath combo. Located just mins. from the boardwalk with eateries

and stores or the Aquarium in Ft Fisher.

The condo has elegant and private WiFi and the cable service has a full

package of entertainment options.

Full housekeeping and maid service is included in your rental price. When

departing it is requested that the dishwasher be loaded and the garbage

removed to the onsite dumpster.

Ocean Front Park and Federal Point History Center are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Carolina Beach Arcade and Four Hounds Distilling. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during June, July, and August.
  • Some hosts and property managers offer rate reductions for active duty military and veterans. Check with your host or property manager to see if special discounts are available for your family.
  • Property managers typically offer customers an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which costs 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed days as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional fuel expenses.   • Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, walk through the property to make sure you've collected all personal belongings. Make sure to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the rental a final time and look for any damage. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the property manager is not available, remember to take video and pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
